What kind of businesses do you work with?
We work with small and micro business owners across a range of sectors — retail, food and beverage, professional services, creative businesses, and family-run operations. What matters more than industry is where you are in your journey and what kind of thinking support you are looking for.
Do I need to prepare anything before our first session?
No preparation is necessary. The first session — the Doorstep Conversation — is designed to be informal. You simply bring yourself and talk about your business as you experience it. Any documents you would like to share are welcome but never required.
How long does each session take?
Sessions typically run between 90 minutes and two hours. We do not watch the clock — if a conversation needs a little more time, we allow for that. Our aim is that you leave each session feeling settled, not rushed.
Can sessions be conducted in Bahasa Malaysia?
Yes. We are comfortable working in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, and many of our conversations flow naturally between the two. You should speak in whatever way feels most natural to you.
What happens to the information I share?
Everything shared in our sessions is held in strict confidence. We do not discuss client matters with other clients or external parties. Your business information is treated with the same discretion and care you would extend to a trusted colleague.
What is included in the written summary?
After each session you receive a short written reflection — typically two to four pages — covering the main themes discussed, any observations we noted, and a few considered suggestions for your situation. It is written in plain language and is yours to keep and refer to over time.
Can I move between the different offerings?
Yes. Many owners start with a Doorstep Conversation and later decide they would find value in a longer engagement. There is no pressure to commit to anything upfront — the offerings are designed to give you natural stopping and continuing points.
